Two Bridges Residential Units by Rabia Ali

This phase of the process stems from the chair built below. Above are a series of iterations that accommodate an additional program from the original chair.

Below are three specific units that cater to distinct individuals. The residential complex is located in the Two Bridges Neighborhood, specifically within the Smith Houses, an area composed primarily with immigrant populations. The fist unit is programmed for a small family with newborns. The second and third are targeted toward individual occupants.

Timeline Axon showing the history of the buildings within Zone 2. Demographic graphs  on the top right of the paper shows the layout of the people that currently live on the site.

Geography breakdown showing what each building is used for.

Transportation map to show the flow within the site from subway lines, bus's, and bike paths.

Selected sites that we found interesting. Some are just selected pictures while some are photographic elevations of a specific place.

Potential sites that we as a group found to be the most interesting.
